THE PRODUCT

Q: How long does the battery last?
A: Approximately 30 minutes of continuous use per full charge. More than enough for a daily routine or several touch-ups during the day.

Q: Does it damage hair?
A: No. The 3 temperature levels (160°C / 180°C / 200°C) allow you to adjust according to your hair type. Use 160°C for fine hair and 200°C for thick or very unruly hair.

Q: Does it work on wet hair?
A: Yes, Lissé Mini is designed for dry AND wet use.

Q: How long does it take to heat up?
A: 30 seconds. That's it.

Q: What is the difference between the pink and black versions?
A: None technically. It's purely aesthetic - choose your favorite color!

ORDER & DELIVERY

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: 7 to 14 business days across Canada, free shipping included.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: For now, only in Canada. Other countries are coming soon.

Q: Are there customs fees?
A: No, no customs fees for orders in Canada.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: Can I return it if I don't like it?
A: Yes, you have 60 days to return your product, no matter the reason. Full refund.

Q: How do I make a return?
A: Write to us at contact@lissemini.ca, with your order number, and we'll guide you step-by-step.

Q: What if my product is defective?
A: Contact us immediately with photos. You'll receive a free replacement or a refund, your choice.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Is my data secure?
A: Yes. Payment is fully secured via Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never have access to your bank information.
